“How it was so real… my body was in a floating state. I knew I was dreaming while I was asleep. It was like I felt my spirit leave. I was able to move my fingers….
Walking through a meadow, everything had a golden cast on it from the sun—late summer, early early autumn… It was sunset, beautiful. This is how I enter the dream. This is all in first person btw. I look to my left—he’s next to me walking with me. He smiles at me. He’s wearing overalls, a camo bucket hat and a white t shirt and a backpack. And of course that beautiful smile…
I stop immediately, turn to him facing him saying I’ve missed you so much!!! I jumped in his arms, gave him a kiss. He tried to talk but wasn’t able to… Then the dream started to fade. I could see like him being blurry and pulled—it was very odd.
I moved my fingers to pull myself awake because I knew I was dreaming. I didn’t have to call for protection, I was not scared at all, I felt happy. When I woke up ‘Somewhere Only We Know’ was playing in my head on repeat. My body felt buzzy and floaty happy.
